All Soapology NYC products are handcrafted in small batches right here in New York City to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our soaps are formulated with natural oils, butters, and botanicals. We avoid harsh chemicals and synthetic detergents, making them gentle enough for most sensitive skin types.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering for events?

Soapology NYC is committed to ethical practices. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free, and the vast majority of our collection is vegan, with the exception of specific bars containing local honey or goat milk.
